Swing in to the fundamentals of pole dancing at Twisted Fit! This class will meet for 4 consecutive weeks on the same day and time. Over the course of your series, you will learn basic pole moves to create a solid foundation for your pole journey to advance to our Pole Fundamentals and other pole classes we offer.
